Delivery Information

Unless otherwise specified all products within Ireland should be delivered within 2-3 working days. Please contact us for delivery options outside of Ireland or if you wish to ship to Northern Ireland.

Our stock is primarily shipped by Fastway or via the pallet network depending on the total weight of the order. The delivery method will be automatically assigned and priced at checkout. All delivery prices include VAT.

Substrate requirements

  • The substrate must be clean and capable of bearing a load.
  • The substrate must be level.
  • Preparations
  • Level off and even out highly uneven substrates – use SP Level to close up joints and even out surfaces.


Application temperature: min. 5 °C
Jigsaw / Cutter
  • Pre-wet absorbent substrates.
  • Apply iQ Fix to the substrate as a scratch coat.
  • Using a notched scraper, apply iQ Fix wet-on-wet to the rear face of the panel and the substrate.
  • Position and press on the boards from the bottom up.
  • Align using a floating rule.

Application instructions

  • Mark the desired dimensions on the board.
  • Cut using a jigsaw or hand-held circular saw.
  • Rework the cut edges with a rasp or file if necessary.
  • Make sure that the panels are correctly aligned (the side marked "plaster side" must be visible after application).
  • Avoid cross joints.
  • Make sure that full-surface bonding is achieved.
