BEECK Plaster Primer is a ready-to-use, mineral-based silica primer designed to create a strong, consistent bond between difficult or variable substrates and lime, clay, or silicate plasters. With a coarse 0.4 mm textured grain, it enhances adhesion, regulates surface absorption, and prevents staining, leeching, or uneven drying—particularly on problematic substrates such as low-porosity concrete, plasterboard, gypsum, or patchy plasters.
This high-performance primer is suitable for internal and external applications, and is especially effective as a bonding layer beneath Lime Plasters and other mineral-based finishes.

Application Guidance

Tools: Apply with roller or brush in a single, uniform pass; avoid lap marks and roller edges.

Dilution: Can be diluted up to 10% with water for coarse or highly absorbent substrates.

Drying Time: Allow minimum 12 hours drying at 20°C before applying plaster; up to 48 hours on critical substrates.

Conditions: Do not apply in temperatures below 8°C or during wet/frosty weather.
