Beeckosil Fine is a ready to use, highly breathable exterior mineral based paint. Beeckosil is a silicification active paint, which results in superb durability, as it offers a full chemical bond to the surface. Beeckosil also contains a hydrophobic element, which can reduce water ingress by up to 90%, whilst still maintaining a high vapour permeability.
Beeckosil has been used extensively worldwide in both conservation and new build applications, comfortably achieveing a 10 to 15 year (or longer) lifespan, even in the most testing conditions. Beeckosil Fine can be used as both a base and top coat paint, or as a finishing coat over Beeckosil Coarse.
Beeckosil is incredibly durable and has an Active Silicification Formula (ASF). Beeck are the only manufacturer in Germany allowed to use the tag ‘ASF’ for their one component mineral paints denoting their ‘Active Silicification Formula’.
Used in Conjuction with:
Beeckosil can be used in conjunction with Etching fluid to remove latency from fresh/new render - Fixative to control and stabalise porous render - Beeckosil Coarse to mask hairline cracking - Quartz Filler as a slurry coat to hide surface defects and/or hairline cracking.
