Naturheld rigid insulation boards can be installed directly above rafters, while Naturheld Flex flexible insulation can be fitted between rafters to achieve the desired U-values and minimise thermal bridging through junctions. Together, these systems create a highly efficient, breathable roof build-up.
Naturheld boards also improve airborne and impact sound insulation, contributing to a quieter, more comfortable indoor environment. Importantly, Naturheld 140/180/220 sarking boards can be left exposed on roofs for up to 4 weeks (when square-cut edges are primed and taped) without compromising the insulation performance — ensuring a dry building fabric so construction can continue without delay.
