STEICOmulti Nail is a high-elasticity, single-sided self-adhesive sealing tape designed to provide an additional sealing measure at nail and screw penetrations through roof membranes. It is specifically used beneath counter battens when installing STEICOmulti UDB or STEICOsafe as the roof underlay, helping reduce the risk of water tracking through fixing points during wind-driven rain and harsh site conditions.
Made from closed-cell polyethylene with synthetic rubber, it offers excellent adhesion, durability, and long-term performance as part of a properly detailed roofing build-up.

How It’s Installed (On Site)

Ensure the membrane surface is clean, dust-free and dry

Apply STEICOmulti Nail directly from the roll onto the underlay in the counter batten line

Position the counter batten directly over the tape, then mechanically fix as normal (nails/screws)
