In-Situ Running Render Top Coat
In-Situ Running Render Top Coat is a super-fine Natural Cement finish coat developed specifically for the in-situ running and restoration of external mouldings. Blending Natural Cement, fine silica sand, and natural earth pigments, it produces a crisp, heritage-toned finish designed to replicate the appearance of traditional Roman Cement façades.
Formulated for the reproduction and repair of cornices, mouldings, string courses, and other decorative architectural features, the Top Coat provides excellent arris retention, low shrinkage, and a refined finish suitable for both restoration and new decorative work. It is designed to be used over the In-Situ Running Render Muffle Coat as part of the complete Running Render system.

Its low shrinkage and excellent arris retention make it particularly suitable for decorative restoration work where profile accuracy is essential.
