The E’Grid 2020 Biaxial Geogrid is a rigid, load-stabilising mesh used as a pipe support framework within the Roundtower Limecrete Flooring System when underfloor heating (UFH) is installed. The grid provides a stable fixing platform for securing UFH pipes using clip rails, ensuring correct pipe layout and spacing prior to screeding.
🔧 Installation within the Limecrete System

Lay E’Grid 2020 directly over the geotextile membrane that has been wrapped around the compacted Glapor Recycled Foam Glass Gravel layer.

Fix underfloor heating pipes to the geogrid using pipe clips or clip rails—ensuring accurate and stable positioning across the entire floor area.

Pour the limecrete slab or lime-based screed over the secured UFH system.
