Roundtower Heritage Grout is a dry, ready-mixed natural hydraulic lime grout designed for pumping, pouring, or needle injection into voids within solid masonry structures. With its fine particle size and high-flow characteristics, it is ideal for consolidating stone or brick masonry, filling internal voids, cracks, or delaminated cores without compromising breathability.

Part of the Roundtower Masonry Grout Range, this specialist lime grout is manufactured using:

  • 100% pure Natural Hydraulic Lime

  • Graded powdered mineral fillers

  • Carefully selected conservation-grade additives

This formulation offers:

  • Exceptional flowability for deep penetration into voids

  • Balanced strength and vapour permeability for heritage repairs

  • Compatibility with traditional and solid wall construction

  • Options for customised binder strengths (Ultra Low, Low, Medium, High) to match the requirements of various substrates

✔️ Mix Ratio: Pre-mixed, ready for water addition
✔️ Yield: ~14.5–16 litres per 12.5kg bag
✔️ Application: Pump, pour, or inject using gravity or mechanical systems
✔️ Not Suitable For: Tiling or flooring grout applications

Perfect for use in void filling and structural consolidation, Roundtower Heritage Grout is a trusted solution for heritage building repairs, especially where a sympathetic approach is required to maintain the integrity of historic fabric.

A 12.5kg bag will produce approximately 14.5-16 litres of mortar, depending on the water addition rate.
