Beeck Renosil Fine is a high-performance, vapour-permeable mineral paint formulated for external facades. With a lightfast matt finish, it delivers durable weather resistance and exceptional breathability—making it an ideal coating for both historic solid-walled buildings and contemporary construction.
Unlike conventional paints, Beeck Renosil Fine chemically bonds with the mineral substrate through silicification, creating a finish that resists peeling, fading, and moisture trapping. Its natural alkalinity (pH 11) and zero organic content help prevent the growth of mould, mildew, and algae, particularly in exposed outdoor areas.
✔️ Highly Breathable: Sd-value of 0.03, allowing moisture to escape
✔️ Durable & UV-Stable: Lightfast matt finish with Class A1 colourfastness
✔️ Low VOC: Max. 10g/L, environmentally responsible
✔️ Non-Flammable: Class A2 fire rating
✔️ Coverage: ~7m² per litre per coat (on smooth to medium surfaces)
✔️ Density: 1.45 kg/L
✔️ Ideal Surfaces: Lime or cement render, brick, natural stone, concrete, or sound mineral paint
Application Guidance
-
Suitable for use as a fine basecoat or final topcoat on exterior facades
-
Prepare all surfaces thoroughly: remove biological growth, contaminants, and loose material
-
Application methods: High-quality brush, roller, or airless sprayer
-
When used as a basecoat, thin first coat with 10% clean potable water; no dilution is needed for topcoats
-
For highly absorbent surfaces like bare lime or cement render, prime with Beeck Fixative to regulate suction and promote silicification
If the background exhibits hairline cracks or unevenness, apply a basecoat of Beeck Renosil Coarse to level the surface before using Renosil Fine.
