A plugging chisel is a hand tool designed for removing mortar from between bricks or stones, typically in preparation for repointing work. Deliveries within Ireland take between 2-5 working days after an order has been placed.
Our stock is shipped by Fastway, DPD or The Pallet Network depending on location and quantites. If your order contains a mix of products they will be dispatched altogether. The delivery will be determined by the product with the longest delivery time.
If for any reason we are out of stock of any item that you have ordered we will contact you to advise you of an anticipated delivery date, give you the option of any alternative product or the option to cancel the order, and receive a full refund.
Special orders, paints, plasters, NHL's and insulation products are non-refundable.
Deliveries carried out by TPN (The Pallet Network) are completed with 20 Ton Rigid Trucks that have a tail lift and a pallet truck. Open access will be required to facilitate the truck.

We always endeavour to take into consideration everyone's delivery needs.
Please ensure your delivery location has;
• Level area with no sharp inclines/declines.
• No Grass/Gravelled areas as pallets cannot be moved.
• Open access for Curtain sided Lorries.
• Whilst our drivers are instructed not to take their vehicle off the roadway to
make deliveries, our driver will make every effort with your delivery to meet your requirements.
• If you require the driver to leave the roadway, it will be at your own risk.
• Where a pathway is cemented / tarmacadam our drivers will do their best to bring a pallet to customers preferred drop on their premises.
• If it is gravel and not practical for a pallet truck to run on it, the driver is obligated to drop the pallet at nearest kerb side.
• The drivers are not obligated to place the pallets into stores, garages and a warehouses.
